Bali Modern Tropical Home
Featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine, this suburban track home was completely remodeled from the floors up. Every element of the design was custom built by Lee Snijders and his construction team. Lee’s goal was to change the homes cookie cutter feel by changing the interior architecture with his signature indoor planter box design throughout the home. Lee designed and built a 25 foot high stacked slate wall and custom wine bar that included a back lit translucent glass backsplash. The kitchen was completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, brazilian granite counter tops and rustic ceramic tile. All the bathrooms were gutted and fitted with matching travertine and limestone tile and finished with German made satin nickel fixtures. An upstairs loft was converted into a media room that also included a custom TV frame to match the new architectural planter boxes. The master bedroom suite featured a custom giant asian style shoji screen to give the suite a tranquil exotic feel. All furnishings and accessories were either created by Lee Snijders or imported from Indonesia, Crate and Barrel and Z Gallery.
